Tufties..

A frost this morning but beautiful blue skies followed so we had to get out and about to make the most of it! So went to RHS Hyde Hall for another little wander, especially with half term being next week we thought it would be wise to go now! Seems many had the same idea as there were more people there than usual, but nice and quiet where we walked!

So many robins about today too! I've never seen so many.... unless it was the same 2 or 3 following us around!  Also nice to see this Tufted pair on one of the lakes.

Seems to be the day for tree cutting down locally too as we came home to the sound of chainsaws in the neighbourhood  Feels very weird looking out of the back now to where there once was trees - i hope the birdies can find new places to perch on their way to the food in our garden! Very little activity on the bird feeders today because of the noise!
