Yesterday we had sunshine throughout the afternoon which melted most of the snow, so it was a big surprise to wake up this morning to a fresh covering of the white stuff! So another day of hibernating, and watching people in vans and lorries slip and slide along the road which was treacherous after the snow and black ice which formed as it was well below freezing overnight!

Sunshine has returned again this afternoon though so more thawing time and it's fun to watch the flowers reappear! And snow bunny had more fun in the snow again - the lavender needed pruning urgently it seems!
