Long Day

Didn't get onsite till late in the morning but I made the day count. Barely stopped once for coffee.

Managed to get a few bits of mud rubbed down, got the corridor cut in painted, got the bathroom caulked (that took some time), a few other bits painted, and various other repairs painted up and done.

The last set of jobs at Rancho really are looking quite small, so might finish them next week now. It's enough small jobs to say that Rancho is practically completed now. The final jobs will be done with the deep clean ready for renting, which won't happen till next week at the earliest.

Tomorrow I need to get on with my immigration and Green Card renewal done. That'll make it a 10 year card with no restrictions, but I'm still not sure whether to wait any longer than the 3 years to become a citizen. (eg next year).

I also had Spiderman Dave working on the other house today. He went through 4 cans on paint in 6 hours so I'm hoping tomorrow when I check in that he broke the back of that job. Really hoping.....
