Saints do Sins all the time

Work is challenging just now.

We manufacture and sell electronic equipment and we are faced with shortages of microchips and components.

One of my colleagues finds parts on the grey market and I check the companies out; between us and in conjunction with other people we decide whether to take the risk and we go for it.

All this has to be done around our ‘regular’ duties. It’s quite stressful. I try to help J as much as possible to make his life easier but to be honest. Cake is the only way forward.

I’m heading int the office tomorrow and to make the day a bit gentler I’ve made a danish Angel Cake .

Gentle sponge with caramelised brown sugar coated coconut which has sunk into the cake.

If it doesn’t make him feel better the sugar rush will finish him off
