Drive by

Late afternoon, our dear friend Ali turned up. He got back from Turkey a couple of days ago. So we went out for coffee but being Ali, we drove as opposed to walked.

With his infamous generosity, he invited Elbows to drive us in his new Mercedes E53.
He invited me to too. But I said no. I was happy to sit on the luxurious soft pale leather seats and watch and listen. It has a deep throaty growl, this car.

Grow Group in the evening. They’re a good little crowd. And wanting to add too that an armchair I ordered was delivered today. It’s a dream armchair. :-)
