A sunny, but chilly day, the temperature this afternoon reached a high of -8 C. After brunch I went for a drive to see some of the places where they had more freezing rain than what I had at my place. My photos do not do it justice. With the sun shining on the ice on the trees, it was glistening.
A nearby street takes me up a hill, and it showed the difference that we can get in the weather here in Nova Scotia. At my place there is almost no ice on the trees today. Less than one kilometer away, the trees were coated in ice. It was stunning!
