Just jog

Tonight I joined a jogging group, out for the first time with them and enjoyed it. I hate running, but when I did a very small amount before it helped to get the weight off. At the moment I'm stuck in limbo struggling to get the weight off, it's not shifting. So,I have this theory that if I learn how to run properly I might stick to it and the weight should come off-watch this space! So far foot holding up.
A wee sad day today. My brother and his wife lost there baby. Very sad.
