Seal in da Surf

A fine calm day, with a gentle breeze.  Some sunny spells this morning, and then the rain started, turned dull and overcast.

Last early shift of the week in the airport.  A busy morning, about a 100 passengers to check-in before 9am.  The rest of the morning I was meeting and boarding flights.  A quiet afternoon.  I've covered a staff sickness in the shop tonight, and a fairly busy shift.  Mam and dad popped by after work, and headed for a walk with Sammy.

A fine much needed relaxing lunch by the sea today.  The seas have fairly calmed after yesterday, but still plenty of surf rolling in.  Heading back to the car, I spied a seal playing in the surf.  Shame I hadn't been closer for a better snap, but you can spy in in the centre of the photo.  Taken at the Sands of Hayes, Sumburgh.
