Never too young

We stayed the night with a crazily hospitable Tibetan family where no member of the family would allow us to carry our own belongings.

The funniest aspect of the stay was the complete bemusement of our hosts when we brushed our teeth - something not done here. In fact people apparently only wash twice in their lives: wedding night and death.

I took my contact lenses out when they weren't looking as they could have quite literally thought I was pulling my eyeballs out.
