Fav Dessert

After a really good morning and afternoon, I had a rather tough evening! News on the visa front still not good as well as on a few others.

I have however had my favourite dessert this afternoon... pineapple slices on meringue nests with some single cream. Very simple and very delicious and sadly, a bit of a luxury in Dubai as you don't often see meringue nests on sale in the supermarket. In the rare occurence that one sees them at a reasonable price, I buy up all the boxes!!!

Apart from that, it's been a nice warm Sunday!
