Warming Up

We were back at the Park Run this morning, although, judging by the way people are heading in all directions in the blip, nobody seemed sure where the starting line was! It’s there by the chap in the bowler hat, who was today’s race starter.

The thumbnail shows Tess, far left, and Chris just beyond her with the chap in the yellow running top, warming up in the time honoured way, i.e. by chatting to fellow runners!

It was literally and metaphorically heavy going today but we all got round safely. We may look few and far between in this shot but there were 123 finishers.

After that it was a lazy breakfast, the weekly shop, then an afternoon cooking a lamb dhansak while listening to Yeovil hanging on for a much needed and deserved 1-0 win away at Woking, despite playing the last 30 minutes with 10 men.
