E.B. Late blip for me!

These are not my flowers. They were on the hearth at our son’s house when we were there this evening.
A delightful afternoon was passed in the company of Blipper Rainette and the lovely Geoff.
They came to lunch where Stephen had prepared 3 different kinds of soup.
Beetroot, (with a hint of ginger), Kiwi fruit and Sweet potato, (extremely yummy!), and Celeriac, Butter beans, Apple and Leek soup. This last one being my favourite.
To accompany it he made a sour dough loaf, and a herb bread one. The latter one made with basil, dill and coriander.
We sampled just a little of the items from the wonderful hamper afterwards, including some tasty Snowdonia Black Bomber extra mature Cheddar cheese with some tasty crackers.
Also one or two chocolates!
Now in my jimjams and we are going to watch another episode of Hidden Assets, on Sky tv.
