Towers

This is the hotel I’m staying in and where all my meetings are.  Quite often in Dubai you feel as if you are in a sci-fi movie and that the towers have been placed there by a set designer.  We had meetings all day at practically the same table so it was good to have a gap in the afternoon when W and J went off to meet some friends and I had a swim.  Dinner was with another broadcaster, the CEO of which I used to work with,  in an amazing restaurant at a different hotel, Jumeirah al Naseem I think and the upshot is that I think we have quite a lot of interest in the show that we’re out here pitching.  Worth the trip!
