Birthday Treat

I had a wonderful birthday and I’m very grateful.

The boys were sweet this morning before school.
I had time, finally, to do a decent run.
DougsJB popped round.
Elbows and I had a quick lunch at a cafe up the road.
I had some work to do which was gentle.
I had time to enjoy my great presents - Elbows gave me a digital photo frame - it’s so cool - photos are uploaded via an app and others can add photos too - so the kids have joined in. It’s going to be fun! It is already.
After a slightly hurried one course curry near the tube station, we headed up to London & went to see Life of Pi.

The theatre was literally next to Leicester Square station which made it ridiculously easy.

And it was a magnificent show. True to the book and so so clever. The animal ‘puppets’ were amazing. It was truly magical and Elbows and I both loved it.
