Today's offering

A child asleep at the top of the stairs...where else. He went into school really nicely, no tears, well, needed a bit of convincing about it all.

Decent walk with the dog this morning, and a day to myself, bliss! Read a couple of fascinating papers about the effect fast fashion has on our society and our environment. 

Thought I was doing pretty well for the day, until I realised we were leaving to get to Beabers for the eldest 15 minutes after it started. The boys asked if I was allowed to drive as fast as I did, and if the police would be happy, I said yes, although drove home a little more sedately. 

Today I'm grateful for:
Quiet day to get things done
Up early and ahead on thw chores before the boys were up! 
The youngest being happier about going to school today
