Endangered

Our trip to the Nuyts Archipelago included a visit to Masillon Island where, from our boat, we were able to view a colony of Australian Sea-lions on the beach. They are only found on the south-west coast of Australia, their numbers are falling and their conservation status is listed as either endangered or vulnerable, depending on which organisation is doing the listing.
