Productive

Chilly start to the morning after the gloriously clear skies late last night on my final dog walk.
Called the travel insurance company associated with my bank account to ask for a certificate of insurance as we need one for the cruise we’re going on in 19 days time. Funding the right number was a challenge but once I got through to a person it was very smooth and within 5 minutes I had 2 emails with all the correct documents.
Headed over to the house mid morning stopping at the supermarket en route to pick up my click and collect order. Telling them I was there took a while and involved downloading an app but I got ky shopping in the end.
The builder wasn’t there as he was resting his eye but his 2 workers were for a little while as they ran out of jobs to complete. Hopefully he will be rested enough to be back tomorrow.

We made the decision to cancel our planned long weekend in Glasgow this coming weekend for Celtic Connections as Mr PHL is still testing positive so we’d rather not take the risk. Luckily the hotel was refundable as were the only tickets not yet cancelled (all others having been refunded already).

Did a couple of loads of washing, changed the beds and agreed a list of items to point out to the electricians when they come back tomorrow. High on the lust us the fact that the sensor driven outside lights only work if the internal garage light is on - that can’t be right. I have to talk them through the list - wish me luck!

Came back to the van mid afternoon and have spent a lovely time just chilling with Phin. He’s been very cuddly and affectionate today and ever such a good boy. He even took himself off to bed after his final walk.

Looking forward to seeing the TinyTuesday entries. Really liked this wee 2 inch long bud on an otherwise bare bush, hoping Spring isn’t too far away.
