In Memory of Marlene

Today would have been Marlene's birthday and those of us who knew her on Blipfoto are remembering her with a teddy. She was a lovely, brave lady and will be sadly missed.

The extra is my Little Lamb (I think it's really an alpaca) who comforted me after the loss of my sister. I think Marlene would have approved of her being part of #teddytuesday.

And it's been a day for thinking about loss, as I've been composing an email to a friend of my late sister who only heard about her death recently. He wants to know what happened and I'm obliging him.
