Great coordination required!

Not a very exciting blip but if you are a regular visitor to Pollok Park on the south side of Glasgow you can’t fail to notice the work being done by council workers as the park is spruced up for the reopening of the Burrell Collection in March.

The latest task involves removing large stones from the edges of the main pathway. The stones had been there for as long as I can remember and their purpose was to stop motorists parking on the verges.

The task of scooping up one stone at a time was trickier than it
looked ……the easy job was dropping the stone into the skip.

I like to include something from the natural world so the extra is small bracket fungus spotted on the banks of the river.
