Another Foggy Morning

I'd love to watch these taggers at work; there's always something new. That overpass is the approach to the Burlington Northern railroad bridge across the Willamette River; the tracks that run under it belong to Union Pacific and run along the river all around the peninsula created by the confluence of the Willamette and Columbia Rivers.
