Hiding

Amongst the mass of seaweed on the beach today, this rope was hiding. It’s been high spring tides and so it was at the top of the beach. It isn’t something that you want to find when at sea in a small boat. Thankfully we had a rope cutter on the prop of our sailing boat and several times it was put to good use.

It was a chilly walk today and we were all glad to get back inside the car.

We went past the pet shop looking for a calming bed for our daughters older dog who has hurt his leg quite badly. He is going to come and stay with us for a while as her puppy isn’t giving him any peace and he is struggling to walk. Unfortunately we couldn’t get one. We may have to buy one online. He is a nervous dog and we hoped a calming bed might help him.
