Neighborhood landmark

This evening’s neighborhood stroll took us by this old craftsman house at the end of our block. It’s been said it was once owned by Charles E. Fuller(1887-1968) orange grower turned pastor of Calvary Church of Placentia, then radio evangelist (old time revival hour)finally founding Fuller Theological Seminary in Southern California. He and his wife Grace probably lived in the house around 1925-1933 when he was fired by Calvary Church for spending too much time preaching elsewhere.
