Spindly twig

For the second day in a row, I escaped my 3-day online meeting during the minimal lunch break to run over to the shared garden and snap a botaniblip.

I actually managed another outing just before dusk. After the plenary business ended, I decided to top up my vitamin D with a quick walk round to the EFI store to hunt for bargains in the closing down sale. I spent a whole £1 on a tall, black, square tin labelled 'Dog food'. It will be ideal for storage in my shed. My excursion felt all too short when I returned to my desk to refine for submission the reports drafted in the meeting earlier this week.

I'm looking forward to a (mostly) day off tomorrow.

Exercise today: 45 minutes on the exercise bike; short walk.
