Frosty day
Not managed a blip the last couple of days - work days have been long and I haven't been inspired by anything in the house enough to want to switch the computer on. Weirdly went for a run the past two nights, I'm not much of a runner but just fancied it, will likely revert to kettlebells tonight.
Today was lovely, one of those proper cold and crisp days where the sun is out. Saw the Campsies for the first time in a while and could vaguely make out Ben Lomond in the distance. Operation crow friends is progressing nicely to the point where the crows recognise me and follow me out of the park in the hope of more nuts. They're super cute and clever and it's funny seeing them when they stuff more than one monkey nut into thier beaks.
