Church of Santa María de Lugás
The Church of Sta María in Lugás, Villaviciosa, is Romanesque, from the 13th century; but its doors come from a 9th century predecessor on the same site. The main photo shows the lower corner of the arch over the south door, with beakheads and a Green Man. see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_Man
The extras show a capital from the west door; a sundial from 1822 and an explanation of the sundial; and a notice that reads "Pilgrim: welcome to the house of your mother".
The sundial was constructed in 1822 by Fray Hilario, from Cangás de Narcea - which in 1822 would have been a long journey. It was badly eroded by 2015 and has been repaired by Paula Sanchez Ablaneda.
