Northern Flicker

I'm always thrilled to spot a Northern Flicker, because their markings are so special.  My main blip is a yellow-shafted (found in Eastern US) female, because she doesn't have the black mustache of the males.  I've placed a male that was in the same vicinity, as an extra for comparison.
