Wolf Moon

A beautiful sunny day today.  After a sprint cycle class we both headed to Topsham to purchase some furniture.  We walked in from Darts Farm as the roads were chaotic due to a road closure.  It was a good call as the walk was very enjoyable.  I took several photos but hadn't realised they were not in focus, the focus button having been switched to manual.  

Once home I realised this evening would be a full moon and spotted it rising over the hills.  The first full moon of the month is known as a Wolf Moon, maybe because they could be heard howling more at this time of the year in ancient times.
