Happy birthday to Mr R. The Wildlings woke him by jumping on the bed and singing happy birthday.
We've had a Wildling free few hours away in Glasgow. A lovely lunch at my favourite Thai street food restaurant. And I've just finished seeing the consultant for my shoulder. He wants to try a guided ultrasound injection before discussing surgery. He hopes this injection will work as they will be seeing the exact spot it will be going in . It just means another trip to Glasgow. 

I spoke to nana on the phone and she said three of the Wildlings have been perfect. Wreck it Ralph has kept them busy and he doesn't listen to anyone. He doesn't even look at her.
