Backroads to Goulburn

It doesn’t seem likely that we will be travelling very far afield in the immediate future, so we have resolved to explore our immediate neighbourhood more closely.

Today we drove to Goulburn. Usually this is an 80km trip straight down the freeway. In fact we often bypass Goulburn on our way to Canberra. Today though we discovered we can get from home to Goulburn entirely on backroads, most of which we have never driven before.

This is the secluded picnic spot we found beside Barber’s Creek near Tallong.
