Duck!

Apologies to any vegetarian for the flagrant flesh but John who was staying with us sent us a Cantonese Duck as a thank you present.  V cooked it tonight and we had T and A over to eat it with us.  Have only ever done the pancake thing in restaurants so it was fun to do at home. I cooked the rest and we had a jolly evening.
