Daily walk

I am scooting out after lunch for a daily walk and know this area well enough to find hills and paths to scramble through enough to get breathless and close my Apple Watch exercise ring at least. Daily goals! That with the odd manufactured trip to the shop will be enough to keep me from getting too housebound.  This is from Speltham Down which is a pretty National Trust owned stretch behind the village and shows something of the lovely sunshine we had today. Although not much of said down land.

 Hortus Poeticus delivered some flowers here for me and so we have vases of paperwhite and narcissus to brighten the house. Such a tonic. Good to have a weekend in prospect so as not to have to juggle work and the mini care home so much.
