Fairy fun.

As you do. Oscar and Bailee had a wonderful day; we all did. They played relatively independently this afternoon. For more than 5 minutes. Quite an abstract concept for me since our move to Dubai. I am a dancing monkey in their eyes and although love that I mean the world to them, it can also be slightly exhausting to balance everything!

So this afternoon they played. They swaddled and put Banana and Pink to bed in Maple's moses basket. They also stripped off and zoomed around the house starkers before deciding it was time for dress-ups. Today it was two fairies. Usually it is one fairy and a pirate or Princess Leia and Darth Vader but today was different. Oh to be this age again!

Stu and I managed to sneak off and buy their birthday presents today. I don't know who is more excited about their birthday, us or the kids! Still can't believe it is almost one year since their 2nd birthday! Things have changed. A lot!
