Mercado de Les Corts

Trying to stick to our new weekend routine of buying our fresh produce in our local food market and so here's Bb exiting with our bags. We didn't need enough to take our trolley. We bought some fish today to make fish pie on Monday. The time and care they take to clean and bone the fish and then cut it into chunks is impressive. Bb has blipped the sunny terrace where we stop for coffee after the market shopping. We then stopped at an Asian supermarket on the way home and bought shrimp paste, sesame stick snacks, red lentils, a can of ginger beer, curry leaves and dry yeast. Our cupboards are overflowing, but we're supporting local businesses, eating in at least during the week and it's fresh produce. 

Lidl was Bb's supermarket of choice for the other stuff and although he went with strict instructions not to buy extra things, he came back with a few. He can't resist! This time he came back with a packet of choc biscuits, mozzarella, cherry liqueurs!
