Lonesome pine

After a Sunday roast with a glass of wine it takes a lot of will power to get out for some exercise. But I did it! I wrapped up well and set off up the road. It is quite cold, so gloves and a scarf were essentials. I explored a different road this afternoon, very local, but it is a cul de sac so I have no reason to go down there normally. It was interesting, looking at the different gardens. Dominant in the road was this lovely pine, lit up by the late afternoon sun. I guess the pine preceded the houses, it is a good size.
