Up a bit earlier than I'd planned to be after last night's food and drink-based entertainment round at His Nibs' place but no worries....crossword and coffee and still had time to go out for a bit of a local spin on the bike. Nowt big, made it to the edge of town though...it's all fields the other side of that bus stop.

And then to the flicks for the 11.45 screening of 'Cow' at The Cameo, the only time it's showing in Screen 1 all week. I've not worked there for twenty five years now but I still like the place a lot and in particular that screen. Two hundred and fifty three seats capacity if my memory serves me correctly and today there were four of us  - me and my partner a few rows from the front, another couple a few from the back.

I loved the film, I was quite engrossed and I'll say no more for  fear of spoilers.
