Sunrise and sunset

I had a busy day preparing for dinner guests. So much so that I had forgotten I had taken a shot of the sunrise. Once I realised it made sense to post both. (That reminds me of a song :-) ).The sunset shot I took on a short walk with friend R who, with Mr P, had come for dinner. I have also included the fungus we saw on the walk, such a vibrant colour.
Dinner was yummy. I had to redeem my reputation for being able to cook good roast potatoes as I had had a disaster at New Year... and I did. :-))
We had a great evening.
