Long winter shadows

Picked DS up from Crewe, crumpet was delighted to see him. We stopped at Nantwich mere for a walk, it was so lovely, but the poor ducks and geese had to act as icebreakers to move around the lake.
Then home, my shower still isn’t working properly, so none of us feel clean… there’s not enough water coming through.
