Seen better days
A frosty start this morning and I had to scrap the ice of my car before I could set off for jazz workshop. The biggest issue for driving on my journey was the bright, low winter sun, although I also drove through a patch of fog.
It remained bright and sunny for a walk this afternoon with Stanley. We passed this ruined cottage by the side of the River Don illuminated by the setting sun in the background. The ground is slowly drying out again and the river is again low. So far, there has been less rain this autumn and winter than normal.
