Pre-sunset

A short run, setting out about 3.30pm, is a good time for catching the colour in the sky as the sun goes down (if it's appeared at all, that is). This was at 3.41pm just before the sky turned a gentle orange, yesterday's,(which I'm glad you liked) was at 4.10pm after the sun had sunk. The sunset pics are nice but I liked this for a change.
I had a busy and useful day with some essential housework, disposing of old papers, arranging some work on our trees with a tree surgeon, finishing the jigsaw, going for a short run and sorting out some knitting.
The knitting is a complicated kit and involves adding in bits of unspun wool but I've been overgenerous and will run out of it so have had to order some more, fortunately it is still available though the colour might be slightly different but I don't think that will matter.
