Poaching

I was very productive from 0800 to 1500, then ran out of steam for a bit. I'm juggling three big governance meetings next week as well as moving people around and trying to poach another person for a short sharp piece of work. It all worked out but the emails all needed to be sent in the right order, to the right people.

I took my coffee into the garden for a walk in the - very cold - sunshine to give myself a break. Spring is definitely on it's way although I hope we get some proper winter weather first.
