Spotted the shrub in a front garden as I walked down to the Health Centre to hand in my pal's hospital discharge letter.

Did some shopping for E and then after some household chores we had a lunch of biscuits and cheese. I have left her to her own devices knowing that a friend from church was bringing her evening meal. She knows that I'm at the end of the phone if she needs me before tomorrow.
