Truro Cathedral

A day out to the big city! We have always wanted to visit the cathedral and decided that we would do it. It’s a wonderful structure, enormous inside and some delightful features including an Italian marble floor in the choir. Also several Nativities that Wendy admired.
We found a great traditional tearoom, Charlotte’s Teahouse, where we had hot cocoa and toasted tea cake, and popped into a couple of shops too.
Wendy was very well behaved and interested in all the new sights,but I think she was glad to get home for a nap!
