I did actually gasp when I saw these two beautiful oak trees hidden deep in the conifer forest...so beautiful! The conifers are due to be harvested in 10 years' time and an access road has been built to transport the timber to the road. I hope the oaks won't be harmed in the process.

I've been on 3 walks today, making up for lost time yesterday. It was such a nice day to be out and a lovely pinky red sunset as well.

In between the walks I cooked lunch and tea, did some housework and started listening to the 2nd Rangan Chatterjee podcast of 2022. This one is about how to reclaim your stolen attention. Lots to think about.
