Not a trolley park!

There are plenty of trolley parks up at the retail park ….. some on the Sainsbury car park side and others in the bit of the car park beside M&S …… so why do folk just leave their empty trolleys in a car parking space. When I arrived there was one trolley in the car space and then I watched a guy add his trolley and then walk away.
