Alpacas

“Oh what a beautiful morning!”
I got out for a walk with the dogs while the frost was still on the fields, but there was a pleasant warmth in the sun.
There are a lot of animals on our local walks. Todays quota was alpacas, pigs, horses, donkeys, sheep, cows and a bull. I didn’t notice the cows and bull until I was three quarters of the way over the field - usually I don’t walk across the field if the cows are out, let alone the bull! Mr M will cheerfully greet all animals, but I’m a lot more cautious! Thankfully they weren’t bothered with me or the dogs at all.
We’ve had to round up a cow and a donkey in the road before on different occasions, but haven’t had a run-in with an alpaca on the loose yet. I wonder what the tactics are for them???
