Icicles and Squirrel Tails

-5F this morning at the Back Porch Cafe and it won't be getting much warmer today, not out of the single digits.  It is a time for icicles and hungry squirrels, two good examples this morning.  At least with the sun shining it doesn't feel so cold.  The wind has died down from yesterday so that's a plus.  I have to cut this short as I have hungry customers queuing at the cafe!
