Day 72 run streak

I have been running every day for over 10 weeks now and all but 3 have been at least 7 miles (the 3 were when I was unwell). I used to think that I had to take rest because it would help recovery and that I wouldn’t be able to run as fast or as far unless I rested. But I’m proving that wrong with new records, and am still full of energy. I guess it’s all relative. Maybe the rest I get from one run to the next is enough for me. Maybe my diet helps… I don’t know but I am loving running and am just going to keep going until my body tells me otherwise…

A busy weekend ahead with childrens activities but some quiet time in between..
