Steak

Sous vide strip steak, creamed spinach, and crescent rolls from readymade dough. Wine: Lancaster Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2005.

This was an excellent dinner with an excellent wine. This is a worthy meal to mark three years on Blip. I can't believe it's been so long, but the last couple years have passed strangely.
