Nemesia

Another wet and grey day.  I did my first sprint class of the year and then later in the day the first pilates one.  Both were enjoyable classes and I am glad to say that my body felt a lot better for it.  My back had been niggling me a while ago but it feels like it may have eased, fingers crossed.  Other than that I stayed indoors doing various computer tasks.  

Today's blip is of a small white nemesia that is still flowering outside
