Hazy morning light

It was a cold hazy frosty start to the day and I grabbed a few photos from the bedroom window before the sun rose.  The frost very quickly melted in the sun and it ended up being a very sunny day.

I have been suffering from a cold (typical cold symptoms I hasten to add) the past few days so hadn't been out, but decided to go for a walk to the beach.  It was lovely in the sun and there was very little wind.  A couple of swimmers were enjoying a swim and several people were out walking and enjoying the view.  I was back in time for  our monthly zoom bookclub meeting which went well although none of us had enjoyed the book finding it boring but it was good to catch up.
